1. Acceptance of Terms

11. Modifications
MapVX reserves the right to modify these Terms or the Service (including adding, modifying, or removing features) at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. MapVX may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms or suspected misuse of the Service.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
